Lawyer and Mediator. Bachelor’s degree in Law from the University of Barcelona (UB) and master’s degree with a specialisation in Procedural Law, a master’s degree in Civil and Commercial Mediation and a master’s degree in Family Law from the Il·lustre Col·legi de l’Advocacia de Barcelona (ICAB).

Thanks to her involvement in the resolution of family disputes of all kinds, she has extensive experience in and knowledge of family law. She also has experience in the areas of tax and administrative law.

All this allows her to take all perspectives into account when giving advice, for any issue in which an individual may be involved.

Laia Ardiaca Graells

Lawyer and Mediator. Bachelor’s degree in Law from the University of Barcelona (UB), a master’s degree with a specialisation in Corporate Law from the Il·lustre Col·legi de l’Advocacia de Barcelona (ICAB) and a postgraduate degree with a specialisation in Civil, Commercial and Bankruptcy Mediation from the Universitat Oberta de Catalunya (UOC).

For over three years she has been preparing for the civil service exam to join the Registrar Corps for the Commercial and Moveable Property Registry. This training has given her both extensive knowledge of private law and effective tools for the legal defence of individuals’ and companies’ interests.
